St David's Church, Lordswood
St David's is opposite a good sized parking area on Newton Close in Lordswood. Post Code ME5 8TH.

The Methodist church building has excellent access in the form of a DDA compliant ramp as well as hand rails up the five shallow steps to the newly finished extension (2008).
Inside there are two smaller rooms as well as a chapel, kitchen, office and the main worship room. There is also an accessible toilet facility in this completely level-access building.
As the building is owned by the Methodist Church no alcohol is permitted in the church so all fund raising activities are strictly teetotal.

Worship
What to expect at our Services:
All Age Worship: A lively service designed for people of all ages to enjoy - usually with modern songs, a Bible story, a talk, some prayers, and possibly including drama / activities in which all can participate. Children are welcome and there may be instruments for them to play.
Morning Worship: This will include readings from the Bible, a talk and prayers. The music may be modern songs or more traditional hymns. Our Junior Church meets during this service for children aged 3 and over,
Holy Communion: We share bread and wine together to remember that Jesus gave His body and died for our sins. All may join in this service and receive either Communion or a special Blessing.
